  1. Who the strategy call is for

    Owners and marketing leads of service businesses who already have a Google Business Profile and a website but aren't getting the calls they should. If you're pre-launch, have no website yet, or sell online with no local customers, a different conversation will serve you better, and I'll say so on the call.

  2. What happens before the call

    Once you book a slot, I run a short pre-call audit of your Google Business Profile, your website, your top 3 competitors and your geo-grid visibility across your service area. The 30 minutes we spend together are then based on your actual data, not a generic pitch.

  3. What happens during the call

    A walkthrough of where your Local SEO stands against Google's three local ranking factors (relevance, distance and prominence); the 2 or 3 fixes I would make in the first 30 days; an honest read on realistic timelines and what good looks like for your category; and a clear quote if we both want to move forward.

  4. What happens after

    Whether or not we work together, you leave with a written summary of the audit findings and recommended next steps. You can hand it to an in-house team, another agency, or keep it for reference. No pressure and no lock-in contract if you do hire me.

What happens on the strategy call?

I review your Google Business Profile, Map Pack visibility, website and competitors with you live. You leave knowing what is holding your rankings back and what the first fixes would be, whether or not you go on to work with me.

How long is the call?

About 30 minutes. That is enough to review your visibility properly and answer your questions, without turning into a sales presentation. If we need longer, we can arrange a follow-up.

Is this a sales call?

It is a diagnostic call. If the work is a fit, that will come up naturally at the end. If it is not, I will tell you so, and you still leave with the audit findings.

What should I have ready?

Your website address and your Google Business Profile link. Access to Google Search Console or GA4 helps but is not required for a first conversation. A list of the areas you serve and your main services is useful too.

Will you tell me the price on the call?

Yes. Packages start from $299. Where you land above that depends on your competition, how many areas you need to rank in, and the current state of your profile and website, which is exactly what the call establishes.

Can you guarantee a Top 3 Map Pack position?

No, and nobody honestly can. Google states there is no way to pay for or request a better local ranking. On the call I will give you a realistic view of what is achievable in your area and how long it usually takes.
